Myriad Seas is a collection of private, luxury villa resorts I co-founded and manage in Kefalonia, Greece.
Construction of Complex One began in September 2024 and is scheduled for completion in mid-June 2025.
Construction of Complex Two will commence in September 2025 and is expected to be completed by May 2027.
Please note that the resort’s website will launch in late May or early June 2025, as we are currently finalising indoor and outdoor decorations.

Pessada Complex One:
Complex One comprises three luxury two-bedroom villas, each with a private pool. Amenities include a spa, mini-golf course, star-gazing observatory, and telescopes.
The complex is situated within 150 meters of the stunning Pessada Beach and a five-minute walk from Pessada Harbour. Kefalonia Airport is 8.3 km away.
Construction will be completed in mid-June 2025, with guest bookings opening on July 1, 2025.
Pessada Complex Two:
Complex Two will feature 12 luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas, each with a private pool. Amenities will include a breakfast service, bar-restaurant, spa, mini-golf courses, tennis courts, star-gazing observatory, telescopes, and an outdoor event space.
Situated just 50 meters from the stunning Pessada Beach and a short walk from Pessada Harbour, the complex is 8.3 km from Kefalonia Airport and 10 km from Argostoli City.
Construction will begin in September 2025 and is expected to be completed by May 2027.
