Working as a SEN professional

With a professional diploma in Special Educational Needs (SEN), I work as a teaching assistant and assistant SEN psychologist at SEND schools in Surrey, UK. I support children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions and intellectual disabilities using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), helping them progress in both their education and behaviour.

Alongside my PhD, I am currently training to become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). After completing my doctorate, I plan to finalise my BCBA certification and integrate ABA practice with my research to develop more effective, evidence-based interventions for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions.
