Working as a SEN professional:
I am deeply committed to supporting children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions and intellectual disabilities through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a professional diploma in Special Educational Needs (SEN), I have worked as a teaching assistant and assistant SEN psychologist at SEN schools in Surrey, UK, where I supported primary and secondary students in their educational and behavioural development. My experience in these roles has reinforced my passion for evidence-based interventions that promote meaningful progress in the lives of individuals with diverse needs.
Currently, I am undergoing training to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) alongside my PhD studies, equipping me with advanced skills to design and implement ABA interventions. After completing my PhD, I plan to finalise my BCBA certification through additional training and fieldwork, with the goal of integrating ABA with research to develop innovative approaches that enhance the well-being and opportunities of individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions.
