Outside academia, I co-founded and manage a collection of private, luxury villa resorts in Kefalonia, Greece called Myriad Seas.
Construction of Complex One began in September 2024 and is scheduled for completion in April 2026.
Construction of Complex Two will commence in September 2025 and is expected to be completed by May 2028.

Pessada Complex One
Complex One comprises three luxury two-bedroom villas, each with a private pool. Amenities include a spa, mini-golf course, star-gazing observatory, and telescopes.
The complex is situated within 150 meters of the stunning Pessada Beach and a five-minute walk from Pessada Harbour. Kefalonia Airport is 8.3 km away.
Construction will be completed in April 2026, with guest bookings opening on May 1, 2026.
Pessada Complex Two
Complex Two will feature 12 luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas, each with a private pool. Amenities and services will include a bar-restaurant, bakery, spa, mini-golf courses, tennis courts, star-gazing observatory, telescopes, and an outdoor event space.
Situated just 50 meters from the stunning Pessada Beach and a short walk from the Pessada Harbour, the complex is 8.3 km from Kefalonia Airport and 10 km from Argostoli City.
Construction will begin in September 2025 and is expected to be completed by May 2028.
